THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN CT, NY, NJ, DE, MD AND PA ONLY, AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CONNECTICUT, NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, DELAWARE, MARYLAND AND PENNSYLVANIA, USA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

The ShopRite/Wakefern Food Corp. & Nestle Pure Life Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. EDT on 7/15/10 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on 9/15/10 (the “Promotion Period”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter. 1) Visit a participating ShopRite stores in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania, purchase any participating Nestlé® Pure Life® water product (see below for a list of participating products) and use your ShopRite Price Plus® club card when making the purchase during the Promotion Period to automatically receive one entry in the Sweepstakes. A free ShopRite Price Plus® club card can be obtained at any ShopRite store by visiting the customer service desk. 2) Online: Enter online at http://www.shoprite-npl.com or http://www.shoprite.com by completing the online entry form during the Promotion Period. 3) By Mail: Complete an official entry form, available at participating Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland or Pennsylvania ShopRite Stores, while supplies last, or on a blank piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name, address, birth date, e-mail address (optional) and daytime phone number, then mail your entry in a #10 envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: ShopRite & Nestlé Pure Life Sweepstakes –Department A- PO Box 5015A, Clinton, IA 52736-5015. Limit one entry per day regardless of entry method; limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. No mechanically-reproduced entries permitted and automated methods of entry are prohibited. Electronic entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 15, 2010. Mail in entries must be postmarked by 9/15/10 and received by 9/22/10 to be eligible. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” shall be defined as 12:00:00 a.m. EDT to 11:59:59 p.m. Not responsible for lost, late, postage due, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is also not responsible for incorrect ShopRite Price Plus® club data. You may update your contact information at a participating Shop Rite store’s customer service desk. All entries become the sole property of Nestlé Waters North America (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned. Online entrants must have a valid email address. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select the winners will be conducted on or about 10/06/10 from among all eligible entries received by Promotion Fulfillment Center. An independent judging agency whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final will select the winners. Winners will be notified by phone and mail within seven (7) days following the drawing date.

3. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES AND ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: a Sports Package for a family of four. The sport package includes four (4) bikes with helmets, four (4) pairs of roller blades, sports gear for four people, a basketball and a soccer ball, a $500 ShopRite gift card and one (1) year supply of Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water (awarded in the form of twenty-four (24) coupons, each coupon good for one (1) case of 0.5L size bottles). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) : $2,600). Ten (10) First Prizes: a $50 sporting goods gift card, a $50 ShopRite gift card and one (1) year supply of Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water (awarded in the form of twenty-four (24) coupons, each coupon good for one (1) case of 0.5L size bottles). ARV: $220 each.. Five (5) Second Prizes: a $25 ShopRite gift card and two (2) cases of Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water (awarded in the form of two (2) coupons, each coupon good for one (1) case of 0.5L size bottles). ARV: $35 each. Gift cards subject to terms and conditions set by issuer.Total ARV: $4,975. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined.

4. GENERAL RULES: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S residents of Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Nestlé Waters North America, Wakefern Food Corp., ShopRite, CSA Marketing, Promotion Fulfillment Center and their respective representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE. This Sweepstakes is void outside Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania and wherever prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. ALL winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form within seven (7) days of attempted notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Nestlé Waters North America, Wakefern Food Corp., ShopRite, CSA Marketing and Promotion Fulfillment Center, and their respective distributors and retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns (collectively “Promotion Parties”), harmless against any and all claims arising out of acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Winners acknowledge that Promotion Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if featured prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to terminate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in Rule #3. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
